Platinum 954 Hair Salon is expanding, and we are looking for an exceptional third stylist to join our team.

We are a high-standard, results-driven salon serving Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park, Wilton Manors, and Pompano Beach. We are not hiring just anyone — we are looking for a stylist who takes pride in their work, their career, and the salon they represent.

The right stylist must have:

Minimum 5 years of professional salon experience.
Strong blonding experience (blonde specialist preferred).
A true passion for hair, color, and high-end results.
A highly professional attitude.
Strong work ethic and consistency.
Excellent client service and salon experience.
Team-player mindset.
Loyalty and long-term commitment.
Pride in where you work and who you represent.

At Platinum 954 Hair Salon, our standards are high. We are building a team of stylists who are serious about their craft and committed to delivering consistent, professional results.

We reward talent, professionalism, and commitment with real opportunity:

Base pay: $1,075 per week, guaranteed minimum.
55% commission structure.

$2,000+ per week, $8,000+ per month.
Strong in-house marketing to build your clientele.
Bellami hair extensions certification training.
Goldwell color training and continued education.
Retirement savings plan.
Professional, team-focused salon environment.

Since launching Platinum 954 Hair Salon, we have built our stylists to being 90%+ booked every week. Our systems, marketing, and client demand are designed to help serious stylists grow.
